Terms & Conditions — z777x Platform

These Terms and Conditions (hereinafter "Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you (hereinafter "User", "Player", "you") and z777x (hereinafter "z777x", "Platform", "we", "us", "our"), the operator of the online gaming information and entertainment platform accessible at https://z777x.cam and any associated sub-domains or mobile applications (collectively, the "Platform").

To register for and use a z777x account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You must not already hold an active or suspended z777x account. Only one account per person, household and IP address is permitted.
• You must not be self-excluded from this Platform or any other gambling platform in a jurisdiction that extends exclusion obligations to z777x.
• You must not be acting on behalf of, or depositing funds on behalf of, any third party.
• You must have the legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

To create an account on z777x, you must complete the registration process accurately and in full. You agree to provide truthful, current and complete information at the time of registration and to keep that information updated at all times.

The registration process requires you to provide, at minimum:

• Your full legal name, as it appears on your government-issued identification document;
• A valid email address that you own and have exclusive access to;
• A unique username and a strong password of your own choosing;
• Your date of birth, for the purpose of age verification;
• Your country of residence and, where applicable, city of residence.

Following registration, you may be required to complete KYC verification before deposits, withdrawals or certain features are activated. KYC documents accepted for Pakistani users typically include a valid CNIC (Computerised National Identity Card) or passport, and may include proof of residential address and a liveness or selfie check. You agree that you will:

• Use the Platform solely for lawful purposes and in a manner that does not infringe the rights of others;

• Not use any automated software, bot, script or artificial intelligence tool to interact with the Platform in any manner not expressly permitted;
• Not attempt to gain unfair advantage through collusion, match-fixing, arbitrage abuse, or exploitation of system errors or software vulnerabilities;
• Engage with all Platform features, including sports betting markets and casino games, in good faith;

z777x reserves the right to monitor usage patterns for the purpose of detecting fraud, underage access, prohibited conduct and technical abuse. The actual availability of any specific payment method depends on the operator's current cashier configuration, applicable compliance requirements and the policies of the relevant payment provider.

You agree that:

• All deposit funds must belong to you. Depositing funds on behalf of a third party is strictly prohibited;
• Minimum and maximum deposit limits apply and vary by payment method and account verification tier;
• z777x does not accept deposits made using credit facilities belonging to another person;
• Cryptocurrency deposits (BTC, ETH, USDT where available) are subject to network confirmation times and price volatility. The PKR equivalent of a crypto deposit will be calculated at the exchange rate applicable at the time the deposit is confirmed on-chain;
• Deposits are non-refundable once credited and wagered, subject to any error or disputed transaction procedure outlined in these Terms;
• z777x reserves the right to request source-of-funds documentation for deposits above defined thresholds as part of our AML (Anti-Money Laundering) obligations.

Withdrawal requests are subject to account verification status, completion of any applicable wagering requirements on bonus funds, and the Platform's internal processing and compliance review procedures. z777x does not guarantee specific withdrawal processing timeframes. Actual processing times depend on the method selected, the operator's approval queue, the payment provider's own processing windows, and your account verification status.

The following conditions apply to all withdrawal requests:

• Your account must be fully KYC-verified before any withdrawal is processed;
• Withdrawals must be made to a payment method registered in your own name. Third-party withdrawals are not permitted;
• The withdrawal method must, where reasonably practicable, match the deposit method used for the corresponding funds;

All bonuses and promotions are subject to specific terms and conditions published at the time of the offer. Where a conflict arises between these general Terms and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail in respect of that promotion.

General conditions applicable to all bonuses include:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered users only, subject to verification status and jurisdictional restrictions;
• Wagering requirements must be met before bonus-derived winnings can be withdrawn. The applicable wagering multiplier is stated in the individual promotion terms;
• Bonus funds and real-money funds are tracked separately. Unless stated otherwise, real-money funds are used for wagering before bonus funds;

• Deposit Limits: Set a maximum amount you may deposit within a defined daily, weekly or monthly period;
• Loss Limits: Cap the total net losses you may incur over a defined time period;
• Session Time Limits: Set a maximum session duration after which you will be automatically logged out;
• Cooling-Off Period: Request a temporary suspension of your account for a defined period (minimum 24 hours);
• Self-Exclusion: Permanently or indefinitely exclude yourself from the Platform. Self-exclusion requests must be submitted through the support channel and will be processed promptly. Once activated, self-exclusion cannot be reversed for the minimum exclusion period selected.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the z777x Platform. Breach of any of these prohibitions may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of funds, permanent ban, and referral to law enforcement authorities where appropriate:

• Registering more than one account, or assisting any other person to create a duplicate account, for the purpose of circumventing limits, claiming duplicate bonuses or evading a self-exclusion;
• Using false, misleading or another person's identity information during registration or KYC verification. Falsifying, altering or obscuring any document submitted for identity verification;
• Using the Platform in connection with money laundering, terrorist financing or any other financial crime;
• Depositing or attempting to deposit funds derived from criminal activity;
• Colluding with other Users to manipulate game or betting outcomes;
• Using automated bots, scripts or software to interact with the Platform in an unsanctioned manner;
• Exploiting software bugs, errors or technical malfunctions to gain an unfair advantage. Any winnings arising from a known technical error are void;
• Harassing, threatening or abusing Platform staff, customer support agents or other Users in any channel;

All content published on the z777x Platform — including but not limited to text, articles, guides, graphics, logos, icons, software, data compilations and audiovisual material — is the property of z777x or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform's content for your own personal, non-commercial purposes only. This licence does not permit you to:

• Reproduce, copy, republish, upload or transmit any Platform content for commercial purposes without written consent;
• Modify, adapt, translate or create derivative works from any Platform content;
• Use any Platform content in a manner that misrepresents its origin or implies association with z777x without consent;
• Systematically extract content from the Platform using scraping tools or automated data collection systems.

Game content, provider logos and third-party brand marks referenced on the Platform (including payment provider names such as Easypaisa, JazzCash, Raast, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank and Bank Alfalah, and sports leagues such as PSL and ICC) remain the exclusive property of their respective owners. Their appearance on this Platform does not imply any endorsement, affiliation or licensing arrangement.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, z777x, its directors, officers, employees, agents and licensors shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, special or exemplary damages arising out of or in connection with:

• Your use of, or inability to use, the Platform or any of its Services;
• Any interruption, suspension or termination of the Platform or any Service;
• Any loss of funds arising from betting or wagering activity on the Platform;
• Any unauthorised access to your account resulting from your failure to maintain the confidentiality of your login credentials;
• Any reliance placed on informational content published on the Platform, including odds guides, payment method references or game review data;
• Any technical failure, server error, connection interruption or data corruption affecting a bet or transaction in progress.

The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. z777x makes no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, completeness, reliability or suitability of any content published on the Platform. All informational content — including PKR-denominated figures, illustrative bonus amounts, RTP percentages and payment processing windows — is provided for educational reference only and does not constitute financial, legal or investment advice.

z777x reserves the right to suspend, restrict or permanently close any User account at its sole discretion and without prior notice where there are reasonable grounds to believe that:

• The User has breached any provision of these Terms;
• The account has been used in connection with fraud, money laundering or any other criminal activity;
• The User has provided false or misleading registration or KYC information;
• The account belongs to or is being operated by a minor;
• The User is accessing the Platform from a prohibited jurisdiction;
• Continued operation of the account poses a regulatory, legal or reputational risk to the Platform.

Where an account is closed for reasons other than breach of these Terms, any verified real-money balance remaining in the account (net of any bonus funds subject to incomplete wagering requirements) will be returned to the User via an eligible payment method within a reasonable timeframe. In cases of suspected fraud or prohibited conduct, funds may be withheld pending investigation.

Users wishing to voluntarily close their account may do so at any time by contacting support. Voluntary account closure requests activated under self-exclusion will be processed in accordance with the Responsible Gambling tools terms set out in Clause 9.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which z777x is incorporated and licensed to operate. Nothing in this clause limits any statutory rights you may have under the laws of your own jurisdiction.

In the event of any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Platform, you agree to first attempt to resolve the matter by contacting z777x's support team in writing at [email protected]. z777x will endeavour to respond to all formal dispute submissions within a reasonable timeframe.

Users in Pakistan are reminded that the legal status of online gambling in Pakistan is subject to the Prevention of Gambling Act, 1977 and any subsequent regulatory instruments. z777x does not provide legal advice. z777x reserves the right to amend, update or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where a material change is made, reasonable notice will be provided to registered Users — typically by way of a Platform notification, email or a prominent notice on the homepage.

The date of the most recent revision is stated at the top of this document. It is your responsibility to review these Terms periodically. Continued use of the Platform following publication of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree with an amendment, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Clause 13.
